cool and breezy
lots of sales today!

  • shopped at an annual church rummage sale with a "customer names the price/donation" policy and we bought a Farberware grill, commercial/refillable fire extinguisher and a couple of books (marked * below) and 3 music CDs (not pictured)--4
  • (at a garage sale) roll of aluminium tape and 3 beautiful pairs of wool socks--1/all

  • a homemade "pea shooter" or specialized hammer for hard-to-reach nails--2

a note about Tabby in the Tub, with the incredibly vulnerable looking kitty on the cover, accompanied by the tagline, "What will happen to her tiny kittens?" For 10 cents we just had to buy the book to see how things turn out...
